This is an updated MoreMins Privacy Policy. It is set in accordance to the new standards introduced by the European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.
For existing MoreMins users: nothing is changing about your current settings or how your information is processed.
This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms & Conditions and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us in connection with our website www.moremins.com (“Website”), MoreMins mobile application (“App”) all of the foregoing, collectively, the Services. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU), the data controller and processor is Moremins Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ ("MoreMins", "us", "our", "we" or “Services”, “Service”).
By accessing and/or using our Services you consent to us collecting, processing, storing and sharing information about you in the manners set out in this Policy. By downloading the App and/or using the Services you acknowledge you are of legal age.
1. DOWNLOADING AND REGISTERING IN MOREMINS APP OR STARTING USING THE SERVICES
By joining MoreMins you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, provide true and accurate information and are fully authorized to sign an agreement for the Services. If you join or register to MoreMins, it means that you sign an agreement for the Services.
By registering in App you give your consent for us to collect, use and store the following information:
1. Phone number with a country code

To send SMS with an access code for a phone number verification.
To identify you as the user of our Services.
To contact you regarding your account.

To prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraud, security breaches or other potentially prohibited or illegal activities.

After installing MoreMins App you will be allowed to import your contact book into MoreMins App. We will not collect, store or transfer your contact book details. You will be able to use your imported contact book for calling via MoreMins App in the most convenient way.
You have an option to share some additional personal details with us when you log into the self-service system of the Website.

Payments for the Service are processed by secured and licensed payment processors (third-parties).
By making any card payment within the App or on our Website you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card information or PayPal account details for the payment provider to process the transaction.
MoreMins does not store your credit/debit card information, PayPal account details or bank account passwords.
MoreMins Website communicates with payment processor websites over Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) to ensure protection of your personal data.
Please note that payment processors are not under the control of MoreMins.
4. MAKING A CALL
MoreMins does not record your conversations.
MoreMins system automatically documents time and duration of a call, completion status, source number and destination number, billing information (price of a call) in Call Detail Record (CDR).
CDR is needed for billing purposes, for improving the Service, for fulfilling our obligations under applicable laws.
5. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe via the link in an email you received.
Keep in mind, we do not sell or disclose your personal information to third-parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

Login to your account on our website www.moremins.com to change or delete your name, surname, address and email.
- Your account status
If you do not wish to get emails with your balance notifications or expiration dates of bundles, send us an email to [email protected].
- Your phone number
If you wish to change your phone number, send us an email to [email protected].
There is no way to use the Service without giving us your phone number.
- Promotional SMS
You can unsubscribe to promotional SMS by sending us an email to [email protected].
- Deleting your account
Send us an email with your phone number to [email protected] if you want to permanently delete your MoreMins account.
- A copy of your personal information
You have the right to know what personal information we maintain about you.
We will provide you with a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format on request.
- Procession of your request
Please include your full name, phone number and email address associated with your account, and a detailed description of your data request. Such requests will be processed in line with local laws. We will respond to any requests for access to personal information within 30 days.
6. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD-PARTIES
- Provision of Services
We will not disclose your personal information to third-parties, except when it is necessary for us to provide the Services for you.
We may hire other companies to provide the Services on our behalf, such as:
providing customer support;
hosting Website;
hosting App;
providing technical support;
advertising;
providing call transit, etc.
Those companies would be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the Services, not more. They would be prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.
- User Testimonials
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at [email protected].
- Social Media Widgets
Our Website includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the ‘Share This’ button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our web site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

We use Google Analytics or equivalent service in both the Website and the App to improve the Service and to analyze statistics.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION STORAGE AND PROTECTION

By using MoreMins Services you consent to storage of such information outside your country in MoreMins servers in the European Union.
- Children’s Personal Information
The Service and Website are not intended for, nor does MoreMins knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16.
- Protection of Information
The security of your personal information is very important to us. MoreMins maintains reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information, such as a credit card details, on our order forms and login credentials on our website login page, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). These technologies help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and only available to you and to those you provided authorized access.
However, no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure due to the nature of the distributed network that is the Internet. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our administrative security measures include physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
- Our legal obligations
Under legal obligations we store a summary copy of your bills for six years from the date of the bill.
We store your contact details on file while you’re one of our customers, and for six years after; and details relating to any dispute for six years after it was closed.
In other cases we’ll store personal information for the periods needed for the purposes for which the information was collected or for which it is to be further processed. And sometimes we’ll keep it for longer if we need to by law. Otherwise we delete it.
8. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES
This privacy notice addresses only our use and handling of personal information we collect from you in connection with providing you our Service.
If you disclose your information to a third party, or visit a third party website via a link from our Services, their privacy notices and practices will apply to any personal information you provide to them or they collect from you.

We, as well as third parties that provide content, analytics, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the Services.

MoreMins Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR APP.
MoreMins converts your local minutes into cheap international ones.
MoreMins is a pay as you go, low cost international calling service. It is very convenient to use MoreMins Services with MoreMins App that is developed for smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems. There are absolutely no hidden fees or charges other than stated in the Website or your Account.
You can use MoreMins Services if you have an active mobile number (a mobile phone number and an active subscription at one of the mobile network operators in a country supported by MoreMins). Countries supported by MoreMins are listed in MoreMins App registration page and in the section of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the Website.
MoreMins converts your mobile network operator’s local minutes into cheap international ones. The Service is cheapest for those customers who get free minutes for local calls (to landline and mobile numbers) from their mobile network operator.
Register for MoreMins Services with a local SIM card (local phone number) issued by the country you are in. You should use your home network for calling abroad with MoreMins.
While making an international call with MoreMins you will:
1. automatically call to the local access number;
2. if MoreMins credit balance is sufficient, you will be connected with the person you are calling.
Cost of a call abroad with MoreMins = price you pay your mobile network operator for local call (usually 0 p/min because you use inclusive minutes) + price you pay MoreMins (from 1.5 p/min) for international call.
1) Price you pay your mobile network operator per local call. When you call abroad with MoreMins, you use your operator’s local minutes. In most cases, these minutes are free and included into your bundle or plan.
If you do not have any inclusive minutes left this month or have not got any inclusive minutes at all, then you pay to your mobile operator for a local call even if you are calling abroad.
In rare cases a call to local access number may be charged additionally as a local call according to your mobile network operator’s rate plan.
MoreMins advise you to check with your mobile network operator if a call to MoreMins local access number will be included into your inclusive free minutes. MoreMins also advise you to check whether you have any inclusive minutes left for local calls before making an international call with MoreMins.
2) Price you pay MoreMins for international call. In addition to a local call price, MoreMins charges you for cheap international minutes. Or to put it another way, for a small fee MoreMins app converts your operator’s local minutes into international ones.
The person you are calling with MoreMins sees your usual mobile phone number.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Service
These Terms & Conditions comprise the terms and conditions set forth below and any additional terms on the Website (together “Terms of Service”) and govern your use of the Services provided by Moremins Ltd (“ MoreMins” or “We”) to you under the brand of MoreMins.
By accessing or otherwise using the website www.moremins.com (“Website”); downloading and using a MoreMins application to your Android or iOS operating system supported smartphone ("App"); using MoreMins services, as further described below (“Services”, "Service") you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service that follow.
From time to time, MoreMins may modify these Terms of Service or the information in the Website or App. Accordingly, please continue to review these Terms of Service whenever accessing or using this Website, App or Services. Your use of the Website, App or any Services, after the posting of modifications to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Service, as modified. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the Terms of Service, you may not use the Website, App or Services.
2. MoreMins Services
MoreMins provides you with the possibility to use cheap international calling Services in conjunction to your mobile network operator's services. The Services are provided using your smartphone or a standard mobile phone (“Device”). You may only use the Services subject to your compliance with the rates stated in the Website and these Terms and Conditions of Service.
3. Your Mobile Network Operator
While using MoreMins Services you will use your mobile network operator’s services as well. Your use of your mobile network operator's services may also be a subject to your mobile network operator's terms and conditions.
As soon as your call via MoreMins is connected to one of MoreMins local access numbers, your mobile network operator may charge you for a local call, no matter if you are connected to the receiver of a call or not (e.g., when the line is busy).
4. Limitations of the Service
MoreMins provides you cheap international calling Services to standard mobile or landline numbers. The Services do not support or carry emergency calls to any type of hospitals, law enforcement agencies, medical care unit or any type of emergency services of any kind. The Service does not support short or premium numbers or numbers of additionally paid services.
5. Username and Password
By joining MoreMins, you will be asked to provide information about yourself in order to create your MoreMins account (“Account”). You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when registering for the Services and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true. The key information is your mobile phone number and your email address. When your Account is created, you will be provided with Username and Password. These details will be sent to your email address.
6. Your MoreMins Account
Your registered mobile phone number will be used as a main unique identifier for your Account. You will be able to use the Services only using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for all actions that take place as a result of access to or use of the Services via your mobile phone number independently of whether the access was made by yourself or by a third party using your mobile phone number or Device.
MoreMins is not responsible for lost or stolen Device, account data or unauthorized use. You agree to immediately notify MoreMins of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security to suspend the Services and block your Account. You are responsible for all charges to your Account until the Services are suspended. We reserve the right to suspend Services at any time in our sole discretion and without notice.
7. Prohibited Use of Services
You acknowledge and agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and as described in Terms of Service. Any fraudulent use of the Services, or any use for any illegal, improper or unethical purpose is strictly prohibited. If MoreMins has the reason to believe that Services are being used not for a lawful purpose as described in Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend Services at any time in our sole discretion and without notice.
8. Disclosure of Information
MoreMins may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to comply with the law, protect and defend the rights or property of MoreMins (including the enforcement of our agreements), act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or members of the public.
9. Provision of Services
We always try to provide the best Services with minimum disruptions. However we are not able to guarantee that the Services will always function without disruptions, delay or other hindrance. Since the Services are provided in conjunction to your mobile network operator's service, via third party mobile networks, you acknowledge that there may be disruptions resulted from a third party services.
Additionally, you also understand that MoreMins cannot guarantee that information or communications sent using the Services are not encrypted and could be potentially subject to interception by law enforcement officials or other third parties over the third party mobile networks. MoreMins will not be liable for any disruption, delays, interception or other omissions in the Services.
MoreMins has the right, without any liability, to refuse, restrict, limit, suspend, terminate and/or interfere or interrupt the Services or any part thereof, without any prior notice to you, for the repair, improvement, and/or upgrade of such Services or for any of the reasons for termination set forth in these terms, or any other business reason.
10. Payments
MoreMins does not store your credit/debit card information or bank account passwords. MoreMins Website communicates over Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) to ensure protection of your personal data. MoreMins however shall not be responsible for the security of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card to make purchases on this Website, nor shall MoreMins be obligated to make refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent use occurs. MoreMins will actively cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting anyone who uses this Website or products/services sold over this Website for unlawful use. MoreMins is not responsible if the card holder's issuing bank does not authorize online transactions.
In order to purchase a credit or bundle you could be charged additionally with transaction fee, which will be displayed before the payment. You will make the payments manually.
11. Rates and VAT
The rates for the MoreMins Services are published on the Website. MoreMins reserves the right to change the rates at any time without notice. If you do not wish to accept such adjustment of rates, you are entitled to terminate the Account with effect from the date on which the adjustment of rates would become effective. You agree that by continuing to use the Services, following the adjustments of the rates, you accept such adjustments.
Unless stated otherwise, all rates and charges for the Services shall be stated in Euro (EUR) and shall be inclusive of value added taxes (VAT).
12. Charging Increments
Calls are billed in increments of one minute.
13. Roaming Charges
We advise you to use MoreMins with a local SIM card associated and issued by a country you are in.
You should evaluate by yourself whether it is reasonable for you to use MoreMins Services abroad. If you use MoreMins Services in another country, which is not the country associated with your mobile network operator, roaming fees will apply. You will be obliged to pay roaming fees to your mobile network operator.
14. How to use MoreMins with a SIM card issued by another country?
If you want to use MoreMins app with a SIM card issued by another country, you should delete your MoreMins app. Download it again and register in it with a local SIM card associated and issued by a country you are in.
You should delete and reinstall MoreMins app as many times as you change SIM cards issued by different countries.
If you are using MoreMins Service without an app, in a case of a SIM change, contact MoreMins by [email protected].
15. Refunds
Before purchasing a MoreMins product you will be able to identify the type and the quality of the Services free of charge. After transferring a payment to MoreMins you agree to use Services as stated in Terms of Service. Once your Account is credited with the services you have selected, MoreMins products are non refundable, non transferable and non exchangeable.
MoreMins is not responsible and will not offer any refunds for any loss you may incur in case of choosing the incorrect product or entering incorrect information.
16. Expiration of Credits
A credit balance for the Services on the Account expires 12 months after the payment date and if unused will be lost.
17. Limitation of Liability
You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk and acknowledge that the Services and anything contained therein, including, but not limited to, Content, Services, goods or advertisements (the "Items") are provided "AS IS" and that MoreMins makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the Items, including, but not limited to, merchantability, noninfringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose or use. MoreMins does not warrant that the Services is compatible with your equipment or that the Service is free of errors or viruses, worms or "Trojan horses" and is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features. You agree that MoreMins, its Suppliers and its third-party agents shall have no responsibility or liability for (i) any injury or damages, whether caused by the negligence of MoreMins, its employees, subcontractors, agents, Suppliers or otherwise arising in connection with the Service and shall not be liable for any lost profits, losses, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any claim against MoreMins by any other party or (ii) any fault, inaccuracy, omission, delay or any other failure in the Service caused by your equipment or arising from your use of the Service on such equipment. The content of other Websites, services, goods or advertisements that may be linked to the Service is not maintained or controlled by MoreMins. MoreMins is therefore not responsible for the availability, content or accuracy of other Websites, services or goods that may be linked to, or advertised on, the Service. MoreMins does not (a) make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to the use of the links provided on, or to, the Service, (b) guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or adequacy of any other Web sites, services, goods or advertisements that may be linked to the Service or (c) make any endorsement, express or implied, of any other Web sites, services, goods or advertisements that may be linked to the Service. MoreMins is also not responsible for the reliability or continued availability of the equipment you use to access the Service. You understand that MoreMins and/or third-party contributors to the Services may choose at any time to inhibit or prohibit their content from being accessed under the Terms of Service. We, and any underlying Provider, are not liable for economic loss or injuries to you or persons or property arising from the use of the Services.
18. Termination of Services
Either you or MoreMins may terminate the Service with or without cause and without liability at any time and such termination shall be effective immediately. You may terminate the Service by discontinuing use of the Service and destroying all materials obtained from the Service. These Terms of Service will terminate immediately after termination date.
