Want to live longer? Chit-chat will help you!

Once we @MOREmins discussed what reduces our chances of dying the most. Is it healthy gluten-free diet? Or doing some exercises every morning?

This week we give you the answer based on research carried out by Julianne Holt-Lunstad and her colleagues from Brigham Young University.

Their findings show that talking to people aka social integration is the most important thing if we want to make our lives longer!

Social integration means social interactions with people you share strong and weak bonds to as you move through your day. So don’t forget to chat with the barrister who makes your coffee or exchange a few words with your mailman. Also call your friend more often.
